1. Delivery Timeframe
   We lovingly craft each order with the utmost care. Please note that our personalisation service requires an additional 3 days to ensure everything is just right, so we aim to process and dispatch your items within 5-7 business days.
   
   Once your order is on its way, local deliveries within Singapore typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
   
   Our delivery window is between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While we can’t promise an exact delivery time within this period, we’ll send you a notification on the day of delivery so you’ll know when to expect your special package.
   
   

2. Delivery Address
   Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, it may result in delays or the inability to deliver your order. In such cases, a re-shipping fee of SG$10 will be applied for each additional delivery attempt.
   
   
3. Delivery to Hospitals or Special Locations
   If you are sending a delivery to a hospital, please provide detailed information, including the recipient’s room number and the hospital’s contact details. If the recipient has been discharged or moved, a re-shipping fee of SG$10 will apply for each additional delivery attempt.
