At Mommy Purpose, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective items.
- Exchange/Return Items
All products sold by Mommy Purpose are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of damage or defect upon arrival.
Please note that all personalised and embroidered items are not eligible for return or refund unless it is damaged or defective. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before checkout to ensure accuracy in personalisation. - Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at mommypurpose@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. - Return Process for Damaged/Defective Items
Once we’ve received your request and confirmed the damage or defect, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, as new, unused, and free of additional defects.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our customer care team, we will proceed with offering you a replacement.
